At Kolus, we aim to make your experience as easy and seamless as possible. We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request is raised within 5 days after you received your order. No returns will be accepted after the 5 days window has expired.
The order should be in the original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping will be picked up by us in most cases. However, if we’re unable to do so, you will be requested to courier the package to our location.
Once we receive the item in as-shipped condition, we will refund you the purchase price and inform you via email.
Note: No return requests will be accepted for customized products.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase within 5-10 days after receiving and inspecting the product. In case your mode of payment was Cash On Delivery (COD), please provide us with your Bank account details and we will refund the amount directly to your bank account.
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable) :
Products with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
